Noyo Forestry operates as a Licensed Timber Operator (LIC #A012861) authorized by the California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection under the Forest Practice Act. A type “A” license authorizes the licensee to conduct any type of timber operation. In accordance with California State Law, individuals engaged in cutting and removing commercial species for sale, or to develop building sites on timberlands, must hold a valid Timber Operator License. 

Noyo Forestry is a Licensed Tree Service Contractor (LIC #1106653) registered with the California Contractors State License Board.

Noyo Forestry maintains comprehensive coverage with General Liability Insurance and Loggers Broad Form Insurance in accordance with State requirements. Noyo Forestry holds Workers' Compensation Insurance through the California State Compensation Insurance Fund. 

Noyo Forestry is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (DOT #3771060) and the California Department of Motor Vehicles Motor Carrier Services (CA #600198), maintaining a Commercial Fleet Insurance Policy to protect against unforeseen incidents.

Noyo Forestry is a licensed business with the County of Mendocino (LIC #135174) and operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered with the California Secretary of State (Entity #202113310287).
